Here's how I highlight the amazing garden flavour of homegrown broccoli

Broccoli is amazing roasted in the oven, chopped into salad or as a vehicle for your dip of choice - but this is the 'chef's kiss' of my broccoli dishes, we eat broccoli this way dozens of times a season.

From the Garden:

  • Broccoli 
Ingredients
  • Broccoli, cut into fairly uniform pieces
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 pinch Sea salt
Instructions
  1. Heat a frying pan

    Heat the sesame oil in a pan over low to medium heat.

  2. Add broccoli and season with salt. You may want to drizzle a little additional oil over the broccoli, this can keep it from getting too crisp. 

  3. Serve

    When the broccoli is a bit darker and only slightly wilted, it's ready to enjoy.
